The Sovereign Apartments at Vatika City was a break-through concept, and combined luxurious fittings and specifications with outstanding design. Many of the features like VRV air-conditioning, modular kitchen and imported marble that high-end apartments now have, were first seen at The Sovereign Apartments. Not surprisingly, the project attracted considerable attention and the architects, Studio u+a of New York, won several awards for it.
